We are looking for reliable General Operatives to join a busy team immediately at a local company. This role involves carefully packing products into the appropriate boxes and containers, ensuring quality standards are met, and counting packs to ensure accurate quantities.
Responsibilities
The role of a General Operative will involve:
- Packing products carefully into the relevant boxes and containers
- Working within a team environment within the packing area
- Completing quality checks during the packing process
- Counting number of packs ensuring the correct quantity is packed for the customer
To be successful in the General Operative role, you will need to be:
- Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to the fixed night shift pattern Tuesday to Friday
- Able to carefully pack products, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently maintained
- Good verbal communication skills in English, essential for understanding instructions and working effectively with the team
- Able to get to site with your own transport due to the location of the site, which is not accessible by public transport
