Job: Print Operative
  • Location: Gedney Hill
  • Hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
  • £12.71 per hour
  • Temporary ongoing
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Print Operative to join our growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to develop technical skills within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate printing machines
  • Load and unload products onto machines
  • Monitor print quality and report any issues
  • Complete production paperwork and logs
  • Assist with machine set-up and adjustments
  • Clean down machines after use
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Training & Development:
  • Training provided, including machine operation and set-up
  • Expected to independently run machines after initial training period
Requirements:
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of health & safety (training provided)
