iForce From seven agencies to a ten-year partnership.
iForce runs the Fortnum & Mason fulfilment operation in Sutton, in the Ely area. When Recruit Mint arrived, the site was new ground, had no transport links and already had seven agencies on site.
The supply model was struggling with quality, retention, workforce management and English-language communication. Recruit Mint rebuilt the model around capability, training and accountability.
From seven agencies and a supply model that was not working, Recruit Mint became the main supplier behind a long-term operation supporting seasonal peaks of 300 to 400 temporary workers.
