Having access to Deploy Mint has made a huge difference to my weekly cost forecasting. Previously I would need to rely on my planning team to update me on how many agency colleagues had been called in for the week.
Now I use the Worker Week Cards to see who is on site, how many agency are planned in for the week, and on what shift. I can also see whether a colleague is pre or post AWR. All of this makes a huge difference to how accurately I can forecast charges for the week and future weeks, in a matter of minutes.
