New Vacancy: Sales Estimator
Recruit mint are working on behalf of a global manufacturer of security products. The role we are recruiting for is a Sales Estimator role based in Yorkshire and you will be required to work from the office.

Location: We are looking for someone to be based in the surrounding area of: Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield, High Green, Chapeltown, Doncaster or Hoyland
Job Role:
- Working with architects, contractors and end users
- Ascertain requirements by analysing Architect's plans, elevations, schedules, NBS specifications, etc. Use technical knowledge to tailor our product offering which best suits the client's requirements.
- Pricing loading bays, industrial doors and other fantastic products
- Pricing new installs, repair work and producing quotations
- Maintain the optimum estimating procedures, checking that quotations are accurately compiled and submitted in a timely manner to all tendering contractors.
- Writing service reports for new and existing business
- Works closely with the Business Development Managers to supply the desired support to assist in maximizing potential leads and achieving the required quotation to order conversion ratio.
- Follow up on quotes
- Lead generation
Job requirements:
- Experience within a sales estimator role
- Able to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Strong maths/numbers skills
- Comfortable working on CRM system
- Good written and communication skills
- Customer facing experience
