Industrial Cleaning Supervisor

FULL TIME INDUSTRIAL CLEANER

Location: Great Gransden SG19 - Transport required due to location

Job Type: 12 weeks / Temp to Perm

Hours & Pay Rate

• Monday & Tuesday 0730-1630
• Wednesday & Thursday 0730 - 1700
• Friday 0730-1230
• £13 per hour

Reporting to the Productivity Manager, Liaising with other Managerial personnel and their allotted departments

You will be directly responsible 

• Take ownership of the day-to-day cleaning of factory production areas and toilets.
• Motivate, and discipline the cleaning personnel under your control.
• Establish and uphold a professional and confidential rapport when carrying out your daily duties and conferring with the shop floor personnel.
• Take a major role in health & safety throughout the factory.
• Uphold the company rules and rulings communicated via management.

Cleaning Duties:

• Sweeping up factory floors.
• Sanitising surfaces.
• Washing & Mobile Karcher factory floors.
• Emptying domestic rubbish bins.
• Emptying metal swarf bins from engineering sections.
• Cleaning engineering machines.
• Cleaning staircase & handrails
• Toilet cleaning duties daily.
• Hoovering.
• Pressure washing.
