Opportunity Description

We are currently seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join our client’s team based in Huntingdon.

Role purpose:

Reporting to the Outbound Marketing Manager, the Telemarketing Executive is responsible for calling active and prospect customers to generate sales ready equipment leads.

The Telemarketing team is responsible for identifying opportunities at new sites and expanding the visibility of the company within the market. This position has a high impact on the company’s success, supplying the Field Sales teams with high quality leads, building the equipment sales funnel and directly contributing to the company revenue targets.


  • Execute pre-defined campaign call lists
  • Execute telephone lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct number of dials/calls at or above daily target
  • Generate sales ready leads at or above target
  • Conduct email follow-up campaigns to drive interest and generate sales ready leads
  • Create interest and engagement from contact to generate Sales Ready Leads

General duties:

  • Record activity and results in CRM system
  • Update visual management to reflect results
  • Attend daily/weekly review sessions with Outbound Marketing Manager to discuss results and provide feedback on areas or opportunities to further improve
  • Record and update telephone conversation guide to improve success rates
  • Accurately and efficiently enter/update data records
  • Qualify new data lists prior to database submission

Hours of work & other information:

  • 37.50 hours per week – Monday to Friday  – 0830 – 1700 per day
