Recruit Mint are working with an international, e-commerce firm the St Neots/Bedfordshire area to recruit an experienced, bilingual English-German language Service Specialist. Spoken and written fluency in both languages is essential to success.
The company has a strong network of Germany dealers and a growing base of consumer buyers, which they expect to continue to grow in line with recently launched German-language site.
The Specialist will play a cross-functional role, interacting with both buyers and dealers, resolving order-related service queries as well as facilitating shipping-related support as required.

·Ensure that the customer receives an excellent level of service in every interaction
·Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern
·Attend and contribute to a variety of team meetings, ranging from company-wide to strategy and brainstorming sessions within the group
·Support team of account managers with all aspects of the dealer relationship. Help drive dealer satisfaction by delivering excellent service on all issues and inquiries
·Support dealer education for new tools and policies
·Collaborate on a daily basis with team management and colleagues from other groups in the org (Account Management, Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc.). In addition, assist where German specialized language skills are required
·Research and identify new cases created by customers
·Work closely with product team to identify, report and document system bugs
·Provide customer and technical support via email and phone and when required through German specialized language skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Full fluency in both English and German, as well as an understanding of cultural differences across markets
·1-3 years of customer service or sales support experience, preferably dealing with high-net-worth individuals
·Must be comfortable with flexible schedules, and must be able to work during weekends/holidays, based on shift assignment
·Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
·Strong problem-solving skills to independently respond to customer/dealer communication
·Experience with SalesForce and/or other CRM systems
French, Spanish, and Italian language skills would also be an advantage
